BRIGHTEN UUP, BALTIMORE!
UUP wants to help create a sense of vibrancy in the city by partnering with local businesses that will sponsor a youth or youth by allowing them to play/busk outside of their establishment, bringing welcome attention to the business and giving the youth the opportunity to perform and make tips.
